Akron is a compound of polyurethane and mineral fillers, which is compacted in mass to achieve a solid finish. This polyurethane matrix is achieved with polyether polyols that guarantee magnificent properties of resistance to hydrolysis.
The surface is treated with a polyurethane-acrylic coating that guarantees total physical-chemical integration with the substrate. This coating provides excellent physical and chemical properties and resistance to UV radiation. It does not produce emissions of volatile organic compounds.

Do not mix cleaning products. Use liquid detergents with neutral ph, without ammonia or substances with alcohol
Avoid any contact with lacquers, nail-varnish removers, organic solvents, alcohols, salfumant, etc.
Use always a soft cloth of cotton for all the cleaning process. Do not use scourers or abrasive materials for the cleaning of the shower tray.
After cleaning the shower tray, rinse it with clean water to eliminate any residue of cleaning products. In any case, it is necessary to avoid the use of cleaning products or disinfectants which contain solvents or acid.
After cleaning, assure a sufficient ventilation of the bathroom.
